Professor Goetting is the Director of the George W. Romney Institute for Law & Public Policy.  His teaching and writing focuses on constitutional law and civil liberties.  He's taught at three law schools, served as faculty advisor to the University of Toledo Law Review, and has published dozens of writings, some of which have been cited in leading law reviews. He is the 2016 recipient of Adrian College's Creative Activity, Research and Scholarship Award, a faculty-wide award for best contribution to one's field, and the 2022 recipient of the Adrian College's Ross Newsome Award for outstanding teaching.

Dr. Boxer acts as Associate Professor of Sociology and Criminal Justice. She teaches courses in marriage and the family, sex and gender, race and ethnicity, class and status, research methods, sociological theory, and senior research. Her hands-on approach to student mentoring helps students navigate career opportunities for those with liberal arts Bachelor's degrees. She has published scholarly articles and book chapters on the consequences of exposure to disparaging humor, the stereotype threat phenomenon, and discrimination in the workplace.

Dr. Heraux acts as Associate Professor of Sociology and Criminal Justice. He teaches courses in introductory sociology, introductory criminal justice, juvenile justice, policing, and homeland security. His work has been published in Justice Quarterly, the Journal of Criminal Justice, and Policing: An International Journal among others. His research focuses on police use of force behavior, as well as the sociology of violence.

Dr. Nazaretian acts as Associate Professor of Sociology and Criminal Justice. He teaches courses in corrections, deviance, and criminological theory. His work has been published in the Journal of Crime, Law and Social Change; the Canadian Journal of Criminology and Criminal Justice; and Policing: An International Journal among others. His research focuses on victimization and offending behavior.
