Alpha Phi

Delta Eta Chapter

The Delta Eta chapter of Alpha Phi was chartered at Adrian College on September 23, 1981. They first started as a local chapter, Kappa Tau Delta, in 1960. Alpha Phi’s colors are bordeaux and silver; their flowers are the ivy leaf, lily of the valley, and forget-me-not; and their mascot is the Phi Bear. Our Alpha Phi chapter actually created the Phi bear and now it is used by all Alpha Phi chapters.

Philanthropy

The Alpha Phi Foundation supports women’s heart health, research, and scholarships, as Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death for women. Alpha Phi’s signature event is a Red Dress gala every fall. Their Heart Health Week is in the spring, where they host “heart healthy” events.
