Joining a fraternity or sorority allows you to live with your closest brothers and sisters in their respective houses. There’s something to be said for having your own space to host parties, recruit new members, and hold rituals.

Premium Theme Housing

Living in a college-owned theme house with a few of your closest friends is a great addition to the college experience.

• Adrian College offers a variety of different themed houses on campus for students ranging in size from 2 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms.
• Students must apply for premium-themed housing in the Spring during the Fall application process for the upcoming school year for consideration.
• Premium theme houses do not come furnished. Students must supply their own furniture and essential housing supplies.
• It is a privilege to live in premium housing and failure to abide by the student handbook code of conduct could result in removal from your chosen premium spot.
