Kevin Darr earned his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Exercise Physiology and, afterward, conducted post-doctoral research in skeletal muscle biology at Rush Medical School in Chicago. During his tenure at Adrian, he has taught a variety of courses including human anatomy, physiology and exercise physiology. Most recently his interests lay in the effects of physical exercise on brain structure and function.
