Will I receive a paper statement?

Adrian College is ‘going green.’ You will receive a paper bill the first of July for the fall semester and the first of December for the spring semester. Please check Bulldog Dashboard for updated balances. Monthly statements will not be sent. It is the responsibility of the student to log into Bulldog Dashboard for the outstanding balance.

Bulldog Dashboard will show all transactions that have been applied to your account daily.There may be charges on your account that are in addition to the budget for your monthly payments. Judicial charges, parking tickets, library fines, housing damages, etc., housing and/or meal plan upgrades, specific course fees, and health service charges are examples of such additional fees that could be incurred. Please make sure you adjust your budget, and the remaining monthly budget payments. If you have any questions regarding your account, please contact the Student Business Service Center at 517 264-3552 or cashier@adrian.edu.


What are the benefits of Bulldog Dashboard access?

Bulldog Dashboard can be received from anywhere you can access the internet, no mailing delay, no postage to pay, easy to find. 


What are the benefits of paying online?

Hassle free paying, automated payments, user-friendly and open 24/7/365, saves time, access your bill from any computer with internet access.


How do I pay my bill?

Visit Online Student Payment or Bulldog Dashboard to pay by electronic check or credit/debit card.


What is charged to my tuition account?

Tuition, course fees, computing fees, student voted fees, on-campus housing charges, meals, other miscellaneous fines, and fees such as late fees, housing damage fines, etc.


Can I get an e-statement mailed to my parents?

If your parents do not have access to a computer, you may come into the Student Business Service Center and request a statement be sent. You can view and print your account statement by logging on to the Bulldog Dashboard.


What if financial aid is missing from my statement?

Contact the Financial Aid Office at 517-265-5161, x4306 or finaid@adrian.edu.


What happens if I incur additional charges?

You can access your Bulldog Dashboard and pay anytime.


What happens if there’s an adjustment on my account after I receive a refund?

If you are issued a refund disbursement from your student account, your Financial Aid Award changes or if any charges are applied to your account after your refund, you are responsible for the balance due to Adrian College. If you believe the amount of your refund is different than you expected, please let us know. If you are issued a refund and then choose to send back loan money, your account will be charged the amount being sent back.


May I charge my books to my tuition account?

No. Unless you have a scholarship that is sent to the college just for books, you will not be permitted to charge for books.
