Incoming Athletes

The Athletics Department is joining forces with the Student Health Center in making information collection easier on all of our students.  We will be using MAGNUS HEALTH SYSTEMS to collect all general, medical and athlete-specific information.  

Magnus Health automatically contacts all deposited students with login username and password via your adrian.edu email address.  It is critical you establish this email account to get your confidential account started.

You will be prompted to print certain forms for a physician to review and sign including Athletic Physical, Immunization Form, and Sickle Cell Trait Status Verification.  All printed forms will be returned directly to Magnus Health Systems via email, fax or mail.  The site will guide you each and every step of the way.
