Frantz Ward LLP (Cleveland, Ohio) recently announced that Travis Teare '14 has rejoined the firm as a Partner in its Labor & Employment Practice Group.

Travis counsels and defends businesses across various labor and employment matters, including leave management, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and non-competition. He is experienced in representing clients before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

He leverages his background serving as Corporate Counsel at an international manufacturer to advise clients on bargaining and labor relations as well as negotiating commercial agreements. Travis regularly creates and hosts tailored workplace training programs on topics such as ADA and FMLA compliance, sexual harassment prevention, and workplace conduct standards.

Travis received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2018 after completing his B.A. in Marketing, cum laude, from Adrian College in 2014.
