Morgan McDonald Pearce ’19, a resident of Bristol, Tenn. and member of Alpha Phi sorority, died unexpectedly on

April 13, 2026. While a student at Adrian College, she co-founded the Leadership Academy with President Jeffery Docking, served on the Board of Trustees as a student representative, and received the Presidential Leadership Award. Morgan participated on the women’s soccer team, and was voted as the ‘best rookie’ her freshman year. She was also a member of the AC Equestrian Team, earning numerous blue ribbons to support the team, and played cello in the college orchestra. Morgan served as a member of the Alumni Association Board of Directors in 2020.

Finding her calling in mental health advocacy, Morgan became a certified peer recovery specialist and had served with Navigate at Highlands Community Services for Washington County, Virginia, since early 2025.

Surviving with her husband, Levi, are her parents, a sister, and many extended family members.
