Lisa Bradley '83

Lisa Bradley ’83 has built a distinguished career in human resources, with leadership roles in both corporate and higher education settings. She accepted the opportunity to lead the human resources function at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra as senior director of talent and culture, where she has supported both administrative staff and musicians. Lisa also earned a Ph.D. in human development from Fielding Graduate University, where her doctoral research examined African American women’s process of midlife aging and introduced a conceptual framework she termed Shemancipation. She continues to expand her research and share her findings at academic conferences while advancing her work in talent and organizational development.
