Karlee Hartman

My name is Karlee Hartman, I graduated from Adrian College’s social work program in 2019 and continued on to get my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan in 2020. Shortly after graduation, I was able to obtain a full time outpatient therapy position in my hometown. I also work part time as a school therapist in a middle school.

The smaller class sizes in Adrian College’s social work program allowed for one on one conversations with professors who truly want you to succeed. The field work I was able to be a part of during my senior year internship at the Zepf Center in Toledo was extremely hands-on, I was able to learn by doing real social work in a bigger city that has extreme needs. I was able to get into my #1 choice of grad schools, and am now working a job that I absolutely love. I owe my success to the professors and other students I was able to work with during my time in Adrian College’s social work program where it all started. Thank you AC-SOCW!
