Edwin Bailey '50

Edwin Bailey ’50, a resident of Kansas City, Mo., and lifelong educator, died March 18, 2019. Edwin completed his master’s degree from Western Michigan University, and earned his Ph.D. in educational administration at UCLA. He spent most of his career at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he taught educational administration. He was the first recipient of the Outstanding Professor Award given by the school. Survivors include his wife, June, a daughter, a son, three grandchildren, three sisters and a brother.
