Adrian College’s Department of Performing Arts will present its Fifth Annual Halloween Concert at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 25, in Dawson Auditorium. The event is free and open to the public.

Adrian College Assistant Professor of Music Phillip Clark said the hourlong concert will feature an entertaining mix of haunting melodies, dramatic works, and playful seasonal selections, performed by Adrian College’s Symphony Orchestra, College Choir, Women’s A Cappella Ensemble, Marching Band and featured student soloists.

Audience members are encouraged to come in costume. Many of the performers, including the directors, will join in the Halloween spirit with costumes of their own.

Clark said the concert offers an opportunity to experience the talents of Adrian College students in a fun and engaging setting designed for audience members of all ages.

“The Halloween Concert has become a popular Adrian College tradition, bringing together students, families, and members of the surrounding community for an afternoon of music, costumes, and Halloween fun,” Clark said.
