AC graduate Cody Bratten receives Triple-A National Championship ring

Cody Bratten, a 2022 Adrian College graduate, recently received a Triple-A National Championship ring as an account executive for the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp, an affiliate baseball team of the Miami Marlins.

The Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp won their first Triple-A National Championship on Sept. 27, 2025, defeating the Las Vegas Aviators 8-7 with a dramatic walk-off home run.

Bratten joined the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp in May 2023. He oversees the Stars of Tomorrow program and the Youth Sports Day event during the season and works to bring youth closer to the game.

Bratten is a native of Fort Wayne, Indiana. He played four years of collegiate baseball at Adrian College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in sports management. During his time at Adrian College, he held a significant role in the sports management club, volunteering at both Super Bowl LV in Tampa Bay and the NFL Draft in Cleveland in 2021. Bratten has held various coaching roles throughout college and after, giving private baseball lessons and running youth baseball clinics.

In his spare time, Bratten is a baseball fan. He enjoys player analysis, engaging the community in the sport, and spending time with his family.
