Frank Hribar, vice president for enrollment and student affairs at Adrian College, will be a featured presenter at the upcoming NCAA convention, set for January 14–17 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tenn.
The NCAA convention brings together administrators, coaches and staff from across the country to discuss the future of collegiate athletics and share insights on leadership, student-athlete development, and campus integration.
Hribar, who has served as Adrian College’s Athletic Director Report (ADR) for the past 13 years, will lead a session during the NCAA convention focused on the role of administrators who act as the key liaison between athletic departments and campus leadership.
Hribar’s session, titled “Strengthening the Athletic Director Report: Enhancing Campus Collaboration and Department Growth,” will provide insights from his extensive experience overseeing the expansion and growth of Adrian College’s athletic department. Under Hribar’s leadership, Adrian College has seen significant developments, including the addition of several new athletic programs and facilities.
“As the ADR, it’s crucial to create a strong partnership between the athletic department and the broader campus community,” Hribar said. “I’m honored to be a part of the NCAA convention and to share the strategies and best practices that have contributed to the success and expansion of Adrian College’s athletic programs.”
Adrian College Athletic Director Craig Rainey said Hribar’s leadership at Adrian College has made him a key figure in the broader athletic landscape.
“His presentation at the convention will provide valuable takeaways for administrators seeking to foster greater collaboration between athletic programs and the academic community,” Rainey said.
