Adrian College Professional Alliance Network (ACPAN):

Why ACPAN? Because We All Could Use Someone to Lean on

One of the hallmarks of attending a small, private institution like Adrian College is the personal attention and relationships that our students from with faculty and peers. The School of Graduate Studies is taking this idea of connections one step further by creating an Adrian College Professional Alliance Network (ACPAN) for our graduate students. PAN will allow current graduate students to be matched with alumni from their program, who are working professionals in the field. This connection can foster mentoring and networking, as well as personal enrichment as our students complete their graduate degrees.

ACPAN is one of the many reasons why Adrian College Graduate Studies programs are unique—we offer fully online programs with a commitment to fostering community within our cohorts of students. You can be an online student who is also connected at Adrian College!

Coach Gary Astalos, a mentor for ACPAN, describes why he wanted to be a part of this new program:

“I truly enjoyed my experience of earning my master’s degree from Adrian College. I learned so much from my professors, who truly care about their students. By serving as a mentor, I hope to simply be another resource for a student to help excel not only in their program, but in their future professionally as well.”
