Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome to participate in this fun-filled event. Check-in begins at 8:30 AM, and the run kicks off at 9:00 AM, the perfect way to enjoy the outdoors, celebrate Homecoming, and support the AC Track & Field and Cross Country teams. Register by September 17, 2026, to guarantee your race-day t-shirt! The course will take you through campus and the surrounding community. We will host an ASPIRES reunion during the Adrian College Homecoming. We would be honored to have members of the MacKenzie Alumni Association join us for the Homecoming festivities. This gathering is intended to reconnect and celebrate the ASPIRES community, and we want to make sure former participants know that it is for all ASPIRES alumni regardless of where they ultimately attended college. We will be announcing the reboot of the ASPIRES program (a renewed partnership between the Shipley Family Foundation, Chandler Park Academy, and Adrian College) and want MacKenzie ASPIRES alumni to join us! As part of this year’s Homecoming celebration, Hickman Gallery presents Adrian College 8x8: Small Works, Big Impact, a special fundraising exhibition featuring original 8"x8" artworks created by alumni, students, faculty, staff, and friends of the College. This is a unique opportunity for guests to purchase one-of-a-kind artwork and support future exhibitions and programming at Hickman Gallery.
The exhibition will be on display from September 28 - October 3, with a public reception on Saturday, October 3, from 1:30–2:30 PM. All works will be available for donation during the reception. During the first 15 minutes, works will be available for a donation of $100; during the second 15 minutes, $50; during the third 15 minutes, $25; and during the final 15 minutes, works may be selected in exchange for a donation of any amount. Light refreshments and beverages will be served as guests enjoy the exhibit and celebrate the creativity of the Adrian College community.
