Offered as either a Bachelor’s degree or a Minor, the program provides a strong foundation for careers in public management, policy implementation, and community leadership. It also serves as excellent preparation for graduate study in Public Administration or Public Policy, a common pathway for advancement in the public sector.

Public administrators are dedicated to advancing the common good by serving their communities and putting policy into action. Graduates may pursue roles such as mayors, clerks, county officials, policy analysts, or congressional staff members, among many others.

The curriculum integrates courses in public health, social science, history, and related disciplines, equipping students with the knowledge and context needed to navigate the complex social and political challenges of today’s world.
