Christopher Rodgers, Ph.D. is a full-time Assistant Professor. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, a Master’s degree in Mass Communications, and a Doctorate in Management in Organizational Leadership. He also holds an honorary Doctorate in Ministry Science.
His research explores the influence of professional development and mentoring on novice teacher attrition. Dr. Rodgers holds graduate certificates in Management Consulting and Leadership in Higher Education. He serves as an expert reviewer for RSIS International Journals.
Dr. Rodgers is married and has four children and two grandchildren.
