Adrian College is pleased to provide an official transcript of your academic record and has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse to accept transcript orders over the Internet.

Cost and Delivery
Official transcripts ordered through the National Clearinghouse is $10.00 per transcript plus the following additional delivery fees:
Electronic Delivery: $2.90 processing fee + $1.00 electronic PDF delivery fee (per transcript)
Paper Mailed Delivery: $2.90 processing fee (per transcript)
Same Day/In-Person transcripts are available upon request
- Stop by the Registrar’s office, 110 S. Madison Street, Stanton Administration Building to request.
- Same Day transcripts are $25.00 (cash/check) per transcript and may take up to 1-hour to fulfill the request.
- Registrar’s Office will process same day/in-person transcript requests Monday-Friday only during regular business hours.
Additional Information
- Electronic transcripts will be emailed with 24-48 hours once the order is received by the National Student Clearinghouse.
- Mailed transcripts will be sent within 5-7 days of receiving the request from the National Student Clearinghouse. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery by USPS.
- Any and all holds and/or outstanding balances need to be resolved prior to a transcript request being fulfilled.
- Transcript requests will be processed Monday-Friday during normal business hours only. Transcripts will not be processed on Weekends or Holidays.
- All transcripts processed and sent are official transcripts.
- You can attach additional documents that need to be sent along with your official transcripts.
