Registrar

The Registrar's Office supports students, faculty, and staff as students pursue their baccalaureate degrees. The office assists with class registration and serves as the official source of information for academic records.


The Registrar's Office's main responsibilities include:

  • Compiling and publishing the class schedule, in coordination with academic departments and the Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs
  • Assisting in the maintenance of the College’s registration system and student class schedules
  • Evaluating and awarding Advanced Placement and transfer credit
  • Certifying completion of College requirements for graduation
  • Verifying enrollment for insurance, student loans, and benefits under the Veterans' Education and Social Security Acts
  • Certifying eligibility for athletic participation
  • Processing readmission for former students
  • Monitoring compliance with College Academic Progress Standards

  • Change of Advisor Forms
  • Transcript Request Forms (returned to the Cashier's Office)
  • Application for Graduation
  • Student Course Retake Form

For verification of degree or enrollment: 

Employers or background screening firms requesting degree and enrollment verifications will be asked to visit www.degreeverify.org.  

Students may submit a request for "Proof of enrollment" by clicking here and requesting it via email.

Declaration of Major Form

NOTE:  You will need to complete this form in the presence of your Faculty Advisor in order for it to be submitted.
