The Director of Broadcasting oversees Adrian College’s radio station, television production facilities, and student broadcasting experiences. This faculty leadership role ensures that all broadcasting operations meet Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations while providing students with hands-on training in professional media environments.

The director manages radio and streaming compliance, supervises equipment maintenance, collaborates with the station engineer, and trains student staff on industry-standard software and broadcast technology. In addition, the position supports academic and co-curricular programming by maintaining high operational standards, guiding licensing renewals, and contributing to program review efforts.
