Professor Baker holds an M.B.A. in Professional Accounting/Information Systems from Michigan State University. She has 25 years of experience working in public accounting, specializing in business consulting and taxation. She also has had the privilege of serving on the IRS Advisory Committee for three years. Professor Baker has been a full-time faculty member for 30 years and has taught multiple bachelor and master-level courses and currently serves as the coordinator for the MS in Accountancy Program at Adrian College.

Professor Bearden holds an M.B.A. in Accounting / Business Administration and Management from University of Toledo. She has over 30 years of industry experience working in public and private accounting. Professor Bearden has been a full-time faculty member for 20 years and has taught multiple bachelor and master-level courses.

Dr. Nutter received her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Concordia University and completed her thesis research on emotional intelligence. She also holds an M.A. in Organizational Management and a B.S. in Medical Technology. Dr. Nutter has over 30 years experience in healthcare, business and education as both a faculty member and an administrator. She teaches multiple bachelor and master-level courses in health care and general business and currently serves as the coordinator for all M.B.A. programs at Adrian College.
