Overview and Program Details:
This 5-course Project Management Certificate at Adrian College is 100% online and offers skills desired by employers across every business industry. Students will begin with foundational business and communication knowledge, and then build upon those details that specifically focus on project management.
Students will learn aspects of team dynamics; the life-cycle of a project; predictive ways to determine agile and hybrid approaches of project work; how to manage scope, time, resources, and risk; balancing stakeholder expectations; and effectively monitoring and assessment mechanisms to evaluate quality project outcomes.
All organizations and industries need employees who understand and can practice quality project management. Students will learn the importance of business agility, alignment, strategy, and situational awareness to create successful outcomes. So, whether you are hiring into a role titled as a Project Manager, guiding a new initiative, or working on a team, the Project Management Certificate will share a hybrid approach for establishing the most effective process for working through a task.
Upon completion of the program the student is issued with a Certificate of Completion in Project Management.
