Project Request Form

Important Reminders:

• All materials should be in final form- fully proofread, accurate, and ready for use.

• Be mindful of timelines. To ensure quality and proper planning, we ask that you submit requests as early as possible:

• Major projects: Submit at least 4 weeks in advance

• Smaller projects: Submit at least 2 weeks in advance

• Press releases: Submit at least 3 weeks in advance

• Print-only requests: Submit at least 5 business days in advance

  • Minimum: 40 copies

  • Maximum: 500 copies

Project complexity and workload may affect turnaround time. If additional time is needed, you’ll be notified after your request is reviewed.

All design and print requests will be reviewed by the Office of Public Relations prior to production. For larger projects that involve off-campus printing, please allow 3–5 weeks for development and delivery.
