Adrian College also owns additional properties off campus, a boathouse on Devil’s Lake with a million dollar view, and an office complex across the street, a three-story apartment building for staff located downtown, a large sports complex off W. Beecher Rd. that houses rugby teams and wrestlers, as well as a 119-acre wetland area near Tipton, MI, known locally as Walden West, a protected area with rare fen habitats, a pond, a medium sized lake and large glacial moraine, used as a “living nature classroom.”
