Purchasing Process

  • Obtain quote (give to admin asst.)
  • Submit a web purchase request (admin asst will do this)
  • PO will be issued by the Purchasing dept. (once approval is received)
  • Only Purchasing Dept. should be placing orders
  • Credit card payment will be given by the PURCHASING dept, if needed
  • Order confirmation is received
  • Product delivered to Central Stores, 202 Stratford Drive Adrian, MI 49221
  • Shipper/receiver received in central stores
  • Invoice must be received by accountspayable@adrian.edu
  • Payment issued at 45 days.
