Student Business Services
Welcome to Student Business Services
We are now conveniently located in Caine Student Center. The Student Business Service Center is responsible for:
- Managing accounts receivable and payments
- Managing Perkins Loan accounts
- Processing all invoices for vendor payments on student accounts (VA, Dual Enrollment, etc.)
Payment in full can be made at Net Classroom. Use Adrian-RecurringPayments to set up a Recurring Payment Plan. Required and optional forms that all students will need to submit are the Student Statement of Financial Responsibility, Payment Plan, Waiver Release (optional), and Student Employment Payroll Deduction Authorization (optional), that can be accessed at AC-FormsProcessor.

Check Cashing Policy
The Cashier’s Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Students with a current-term validated picture ID may cash one personal check up to $50 a day at the Cashier’s Office located in the Student Business Service Center in the Caine Center.
Students who have had any checks returned will forfeit their privilege of cashing checks at the Cashier’s Office and the Bookstore. Students presenting bad checks may also be subject to judicial or criminal charges. Returned checks will be subject to a $35 fee.
