The Quad area consists of 4 residence halls—Davis, Feeman, Powell, Stevens—housing both men and women. These residence halls are conveniently located to classroom buildings, Ritchie Dining Hall, and Caine Student Center.
The largest co-ed residence hall in the Quad offers doubles, triples and a quad room when available.
The all-male residence hall in the Quad, located on the corner of Madison and Michigan. This hall is well suited for any personality type, with a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Feeman Hall offers double and single rooms, as well as one triple and one qua room (located in the basement).
The second co-ed residence hall in the Quad is the closest to Ritchie Marketplace. Powell offers wheelchair accessibility to its first floor students. Residents of Powell often spend their free time in the lobby relaxing, doing homework, and/or socializing in this vibrant community. Single and double rooms are available, as well as one triple and two quad rooms located in the basement.
The all-female residence hall in the Quad offers single and double room options, located closest to College View Apartments South and is adjacent to Feeman Hall. This hall has a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere and invites all personality types.
Returning students are able to select housing for the upcoming academic year during the spring semester. Students are assigned a lottery number based on total credits earned, GPA and finally, a randomly assigned number; this number determines access to available space.
Located on the north side of campus, has a fun environment that is both friendly and respectful. Deans hall is co-ed by corridor.
This hall is co-ed and is used for upperclassmen.
Located next to Lowry Hall, Herrick Hall is used for incoming student housing on our north side of campus.
Located on Madison Street, Jarvis Hall is used for upperclassmen. This hall is co-ed.
This hall is an all-female residence hall housing upperclassmen and freshman

Located on the corner of Williams Street and Charles Street. This hall is used for upperclassman housing. Cargo was recently renovated in 2016 and boasts carpeted rooms, air conditioning, private bathrooms and a TV room in the lobby. Cargo is a co-ed hall offering both single rooms and Jack + Jill-style suites.
Located off of Charles Street and the new Adrian College Boulevard, this hall is used for upperclassman housing and offers premium-style living options. Renovated in 2007, Pellowe offers carpeted rooms, air conditioning, private bathrooms and a large lobby to host gatherings and meetings. Pellowe is a co-ed hall offering both single and quad suite-style rooms.
