The Institute plans to implement innovation and creativity curriculum and campus life to prepare students to be leaders in the world. Creativity is not limited to the performing and visual arts, but is vital in every discipline. Everyone has a creative spark that can be nurtured and cultivated in a systematic way.

Events

Creativity Award Contest: Open to all Adrian College students and employees, the annual award will recognize the best idea submitted for improving campus life. A stipend of $1,000 will be given to the individual or team that wins, and $10,000 has been allocated for executing the idea. Submissions may be made online or with hard copies in Caine, Ritchie, or the Institute for Creativity.

  • Contest is now open. Ideas must be submitted by March 1 for consideration for this year's prize.
  • Contest is open to full-time Adrian College students and employees on the College payroll.
  • Anonymous submissions are welcomed, but may not be considered for the top prize.
  • Group submissions are welcomed.
  • In the event of duplicate submissions, time and date of entry will be considered.
