Campus Apartments

Adrian recently purchased a 25-unit apartment complex, in addition to two brick apartment buildings. The apartments are located across Michigan Avenue from Stevens Hall.

The apartments in the main complex are air conditioned, come with kitchen appliances and have private baths. The units were built from 1999 to 2003 and include a washer and dryer.
