Academics
Scholarship is at the forefront of Theta Chi’ s system of ideals. Its maxim, “ Alma mater first,
Theta Chi for alma mater” encourages active members to maintain high standards while
in college, and to place scholarship and study practices before the Fraternity. Theta Chi’ s
scholarship program consists of financial incentives for high grade point averages, three
scholarships for specified academic achievement, study groups, a tutor system, and much more. Adrian College students must maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher to become a member of Theta Chi.
