Jenny Jorgensen was announced as the new women's head soccer coach on January 6, 2005.

Jorgensen comes to Adrian College after spending the last three years at Defiance College (Defiance, Ohio) as the assistant women’s soccer coach. The Lady Jackets made three-straight post-season appearances and had five athletes named to the All Heartland Conference team with Jorgensen's help.

Jorgensen (formerly Lafferty) played at Defiance College where she was named team MVP in 1997, Offensive MVP in 1998 and 1999, and co-captain in 1999 and 2000. The Defiance alumna recently earned her master of arts degree in education and also worked as the campus activities director at DC.
