AC Women’s Soccer falls in crucial game at K-zoo

KALAMAZOO, Mich.—The Adrian College women’s soccer team finished up the MIAA regular season on Tuesday afternoon at Kalamazoo College, falling 1-3 to the Hornets.

The Bulldogs end the conference season at 3-4-1 and will likely travel for Saturday’s MIAA Tournament game. AC could have secured an opening round home game with a win.

Cody McDonald supplied the only AC goal of the afternoon after the Bulldogs gave up two early goals. The Hornets added a goal in the second half to secure the win.

Adrian is now 5-11-1 overall and will host Anderson University tomorrow at the Performance Stadium at 5 p.m.
