OBERLIN, Ohio—The Adrian College women’s soccer team got its first win of the 2006 season on Wednesday afternoon at Oberlin College by the score of 1-0.

AC’s Sarah Evans scored the games only goal, unassisted in the 47th minute. Bulldog goalkeeper Amanda House registered seven saves in the win, while Lindsay Chitwood led the way with nine shots on goal.

Adrian is now 1-2 on the season and will next play on Saturday, when they open the new Performance Stadium on the AC campus at 11 a.m.
