Bulldogs get big win over Hope

ADRIAN, Mich. – The Adrian College volleyball team improved to 5-1 in MIAA. play with a 3-1 (30-23, 30-22, 25-30, 33-31) win over Hope College on Tuesday.

Leading the attack for the Bulldogs were Lindsey Eshelman with 18 kills and Holly Pellegrin with 12. Samantha Mercy registered 31 digs in the victory while Natalie Niblock tallied 39 assists. With the victory, the Bulldogs stand alone second place in the MIAA standings behind Calvin College.

The Bulldogs next host MIAA opponent Tri-State University on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at the Merillat Center.
