Bulldogs defeat Scots, 3-0

ADRIAN, Mich. – The Adrian College volleyball team improved to 3-1 in MIAA. play with a 3-0 (30-17, 30-28, 30-28) victory over the visiting Alma College Scots at the Merillat Center.

Leading the attack for the Bulldogs were junior Lindsey Eshelman with 15 kills and Sara Morningstar with seven. Jessica Beckman added six kills and 17 digs. Senior Abby Sikora tallied 39 assists, while Samantha Mercy led the Bulldogs with 23 digs followed by Eshelman with 21.

The Bulldogs next host MIAA rival Hope College on Friday at 6:30 p.m. at the Merillat Center.
