Nationally ranked Calvin beats Adrian, 3-0

GRAND RAPIDS , Mich.—The #10 Calvin Knights defeated Adrian in MIAA action Tuesday night, 3-0 (30-23, 30-24, 30-24).

Lindsey Eshelman had another solid performance for the Bulldogs, registering a team-high 10 kills in the match while also having 10 digs. Samantha Mercy had a game-high 18 digs and teammate Natalie Niblock pitched in on defense with 13 digs of her own.

For the Knights, Kristen Kalb, Molly Krikke, and Kim Wigboldy paced the Calvin offense with 13, 12, and 10 kills respectively.

The Bulldogs are now 6-2 overall and 3-1 in the MIAA. They will next travel to Wittenberg University on Friday and Saturday for the Border Battle Tournament in Springfield, Ohio.
