Bulldogs remain undefeated in MIAA play, sweep Kalamazoo

KALAMAZOO, Mich.—The Adrian College continued their winning ways by defeating conference opponent Kalamazoo College, 3-0 (30-18, 30-26, 30-20), on Saturday.

Six Bulldogs had at least five kills in the victory with Lindsey Eshelman leading the way with nine kills. Jessica Beckman had a solid day with eight kills and 15 digs while teammate Samantha Mercy also had 15 digs.

Kalamazoo was led by Bridgett Blough with a game-high 11 kills and Laura Winkler had a team-high 29 digs in the loss for the Hornets.

The Bulldogs, now 6-1 with a 3-0 mark in the MIAA, will travel to defending conference champion Calvin College on Tuesday for a 6:30 p.m. match.
