Assistant Cross Country Coach
Sarah Kasabian-Larson is in her first season as the assistant cross country coach at Adrian College.

With a wealth of running and coaching experience under her belt, she most recently served as the manager and fitness director at Females in Training in Springfield, Massachusetts where she conducted fitness assessments, guided clients’ nutrition, and developed fitness programs.

During the fall of 2004 season, she was an assistant women’s cross country coach at the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire, designing and implementing endurance programs for student athletes while organizing the NCAA Division III Championship races. During that same time, Kasabian-Larson gained experience as an assistant in the Exercise Physiology Lab at UW- Eau Claire.

A 2005 graduate of UW- Eau Claire, Kasabian-Larson was a four-year letterwinner for the BluGolds in cross country and track & field, where she also captained both teams and was named most dedicated for three consecutive years. She was also a four-time WIAC Honor Roll student athlete.

She holds an advanced personal training certification from the NCSF and is a member of the National Council on Strength and Fitness as well as United States Track & Field Association.

Kasabian-Larson has volunteered for the Community Fitness Program as well as Community Clean-up in Eau Claire and has served as a camp counselor at numerous sports camps in Wisconsin, Illinois and Virginia.
