Adrian track falls at Albion in double duals
Antal and Boyce are 2nd and 3rd in discus

ALBION, Mich.—The Adrian College track and field squad competed in an MIAA double dual meet at Elkin Isaac Track in Albion on Saturday afternoon.

The men’s squad fell to Hope College 48-156 and to Albion 35 to 151. The AC women were downed by Hope 20-148 and Albion 31-130.

For the women, Amy Bodnar took second in the Javelin at 100’ 11”. Allison Lofgren finished third in the 100-meters at 13.82, while Cailtin Dickerson was third in the shot put with at 33’ 7 ¼”.

For the men, Jon Antal and Jeffrey Boyce finished second and third in the discus with throws of 133’ 5” and 129’ 9”. The 4X100 team of Justyn Bensett, Patrick Reagan, Chris Calley and Desmond Upshaw finished second with a time of 43.29.
