Bulldogs compete at Manchester College
Dickerson wins women’s discus

NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind.—The Adrian College track and field squads competed at the Manchester College Invitational in North Manchester, Indiana, on Saturday with both the men and women finishing in fourth place.

Adrian’s Cailtin Dickerson won the discus with a distance of 108’ 6”. She also finished third in the shot put with a throw of 32’ 8 ¼”.

Justyn Bensett finished second in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.76. Bob Palmer came in second in the 1500-meters at 4:19.05. Chris Young and Mike Arnett threw 42’ 11” and 42’ 2 ¼”, respectively, for third and fourth place in the shot put. Jeff Boyce finished third in the discus with a 126’ mark. Jon Antal ended in the second place in the hammer with a 133’ 10” throw.

The AC athletes will next compete at Calvin College on Saturday, April 7, at noon.
