Bulldog tennis downed by SAU
Schmidli earns fifth singles win

SPRING ARBOR, Mich.—The Adrian College men’s tennis team fell 1-8 at Spring Arbor University on Tuesday evening.

Ryan Schmidli earned the lone Bulldog win of the contest with a 6-1, 6-1 win at sixth singles. Steve Kerwin and Orlo Yeagley were narrowly defeated 8-5 at second doubles, while Blake Childs fell 7-6 (7-3), 6-2 at fifth singles.

Adrian is 3-8 on the season and will travel to Defiance College on Thursday for a 4 p.m. match.
