All-MIAA Teams Announced
Batway and McLane grab honors

ADRIAN, Mich.-- The MIAA softball coaches' have announced their All-MIAA team and two Bulldogs have landed on coaches' honorable mention, Carmen Batway (Lasalle/Monroe HS) and Emily McLane (Boyne City/Boyne City HS).

In MIAA action, Batway hit .220 and recorded 11 hits. Overall for AC, Batway hit .261 and knocked in 16 runs, while also scoring 13 runs. She was tabbed by her teammate's as the "Rookie of the Year".

McLane hit .349 in MIAA play, recording 15 hits, driving in three runs and stealing five bases. Overall for AC, McLane hit .337 with five RBIs and had one double. She ended the year with 25 hits and was selected the team's "Batting Champ".

The Adrian College Bulldogs ended 12-24 overall.
