Three
Bulldogs named All-MIAA in Men’s Soccer
ADRIAN,
Mich.—Adrian College’s
Ryan O’Keefe, Eric Drake and Collin Harpst
have been named All-MIAA honorable mention for
their play on the soccer field this fall.
O’Keefe
(Grand Rapids, Forest Hills Central HS), a senior
goalkeeper, registered 168 saves on the season,
ranking him 6th in the NCAA in saves per game
with 8.84.
Drake
(Chesterfield, L’Anse Cruese North HS),
a sophomore forward, had two goals on the year
and a team-high three assists.
Harpst
(Blissfield, Emmanual Baptist HS), a junior
defender, scored a goal while serving as the
Bulldogs’ stopper on defense. Adrian gave
up 34 goals in MIAA play this fall after surrendering
54 against league competition a year ago.
The
Bulldogs finished the season 2-13-4 overall
and 2-8-4 in the MIAA.
