Hiram rallies to beat Bulldogs

ADRIAN, Mich.—The Adrian College men’s soccer team fell to Hiram College on Wednesday night at the Performance Stadium, 1-3.

AC’s goal came from Tim Merwin, a sophomore from Athens (Lakeview HS) on a direct kick in the 19th minute. The Terriers responded with three unanswered goals to put away the Bulldogs, who are now 0-4.

Senior goalkeeper Ryan O’Keefe had five saves for AC.

The Bulldogs now have nine days off from competition, before opening MIAA play at Olivet on Saturday, Sept. 23.
