Three new varsity sports to be added
Field Hockey, Men’s & Women’s Lacrosse

The new stadium is designed to accommodate multiple sports. In addition to football and men’s and women’s soccer, it will allow three new sports to be added to varsity athletics at Adrian: field hockey, women’s lacrosse, and men’s lacrosse.

The College will soon hire coaches for each new sport, and it is expected that teams will be competing at the NCAA intercollegiate level by the 2007-2008 academic year.

Adrian will be the only college or university in Michigan to offer men’s or women’s lacrosse as a varsity sport.

The College will also create a marching band, and hire a director.
