Teams:
Each team will consist of a maximum of 7 players
on the field. If a team has less than 5 players
on the field that team will forfeit the game.
The Game:
Each team will have two 15 play possessions. The
winner of a coin toss will be able to choose if
they want offense or defense first. Each possession
will begin at the 45 yard line. If a quarterback
steps behind the 50 yard line the play is dead
and the ball will be spotted at the 45 yard line.
A team must advance the ball 10 yards within 4
plays to continue the drive.
Overtime:
Each team will have a maximum of 4 plays starting
from the 10 yard line. A turnover in overtime
ends the offenses possession.
Play:
Each play must begin with a snap. A team can only
advance the ball on a pass over the line of scrimmage.
The quarterback will have 7 seconds to throw the
ball with no pressure. After 7 seconds the defense
may rush the quarterback. If the quarterback crosses
the line of scrimmage the down will be over and
the ball will be placed at the previous spot.
If a defender crosses the line of scrimmage before
7 seconds have passed the offense has the option
of accepting or declining the penalty.
Penalties:
All penalties but personal fouls will result in
a loss or gain of 10 yards from the line of scrimmage
with the opposing team having the option of declining
the penalty. A personal foul will result in a
gain or loss of 15 yards and possible ejection
at the referee’s discretion.
Scoring:
Touchdowns – 6 points
After all touchdowns a 2 point conversion will
be attempted. The ball will be placed at the 10
yard line. The 2 point conversion is not one of
the 15 plays
Interception – 2 points
The defense cannot advance any interception.
Fumble Recovery – 2 points
The defense cannot advance any fumble.
Preventing a First Down – 1 point
