Bulldogs finish in a four-way tie for fifth at Tri-State

ANGOLA, Ind. - The men's golf squad competed on Saturday at the MIAA Jamboree hosted by Tri-State University at Zollner Golf Course and came away with a team total of 307. The team result was a four-way tie for fifth place with Alma, Kalamazoo and Calvin on the par 72 layout.

Alex Webster was the top finisher for the Bulldogs shooting an even-par 72 and tying for seventh. Thomas Carson was five strokes back of Webster with a one-round total of 77 (+5) which tied for 19th. Mark Eberline placed tied for 24th along with teammates Jeremy Squires and Jordan Kelly at 79 (+7). The medalist honors went to Thomas Yamaoka of Hope and Clint Miller of Tri-State who shot a four-under par 68.
