Tony Vennekotter is in his first year as a student assistant coach under Coach Rainey. He will be in charge of coaching the infielders for the 2007 season.

Vennekotter held down the short stop position for the past four years for the Bulldogs. He was a first team all MIAA selection in 2004, 2005 and 2006. Venekotter was also the MVP of the conference in 2006.

A double major in Exercise Science and Journalism, he will graduate from Adrian in May, 2007.
