ADRIAN COLLEGE PRESENTS ‘A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM’ posted 4/5/06

The Adrian College theatre department proudly announces a performance of William Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.” The play runs Thursday, April 6 through Saturday, April 8.

This classic play tells the story of a magical summer night exploring the many aspects of love. A cast of nobles, fairies, young lovers, and amateur players present a comical intermingling of one another.

The director is Professor Michael Allen and the literary advisor is Professor Emeritus Al Misseldine.

Performances are scheduled in Downs Hall on the Adrian College Campus. Curtain times are 8 p.m. with an extra showing at 2 p.m. on Saturday. Tickets are sold at the door for $7 for the general public and $5 for students, seniors and Adrian College staff.
